Today, the orples find themselves ready to cruise the waterways with RestlessJo. I do hope she didn’t think she was going to get away with visiting the waterfront with out them. If you’ve not been there yet, then you really must check out the spectacular group of photographs Jo snapped off.
While Jo and the orples are out boating, come take a stroll to visit the neighbors, and if you’d like to share ‘your’ posts, pray tell. I’ll add your name to our list and give you a link back to your blog with credit for the shot. I also appreciate re-blogs and ping-backs, since Olivia is such a little glutton for attention. Now that she’s free from her tree, she wants the world to know it. Imagine that! 😉
Looks familiar – used to work near there on occasions 🙂

Lucky you. Just looking at Jo’s photos, the entire area looks like a lovely place to be.

Just another city centre, but the posh area by the canal is nice 🙂

If you didn’t check Jo’s photos out, you should. The place is beautiful and some of her takes were breathtaking, reflecting off of the water.

Olivia is blushing Ute. In spite of her confidence, she is easily humbled. They’re loving the UK. 🙂 Thanks for checking them out. 🙂

Hello sailors! 🙂 Fancy finding you here! This is a boat cafe, kids, so I think you’re pretty safe. And the food looks tasty. Good choice! 🙂
Many thanks for your company, Marcy. I love this one.

You didn’t make it easy for me to pick a photo, Jo. I envy you having ‘really’ been on the waterfront in person. Thanks for the re-blog, too. One day when Olivia finally archives her fame, maybe I’ll see such places for myself. In the meantime thank you for making today’s adventure possible. 🙂

I’ll bet. You really did take some AWESOME photos in this set. One of these days, I hope to take some of my own in many of the places I visit through the blogs. 🙂

Thanks a lot! I’m just a ‘shoot what I see’ photographer. No technical wizardry 🙂

Me. I’ve gotten some fantastic shots over the year, even though I, too, am a point and shoot photographer myself. Cameras are amazing.

I’m in need of a little cheer this grey, wet morning. The Orples are just the people to supply it 🙂

Don’t feel lonely, Sylvia. Although, you have some pretty fabulous adventures yourself, so you better keep your eyes opened. No one ever knows when they might be next on the ‘visit’ list. LOL. 🙂

I thought this would be in your neck of the woods. How far away are you, out of curiosity?

I suspect you have your own waterfronts closer to home, in that case. It looks like you guys are pretty much surrounded by water, in looking at a map.

Pop off some photos for Olivia and Oscar to play in, and we’ll come visit. In the meantime, can you give me a link to your archive photos? I’ve poked around on your sight(s), but can’t seem to find them. Of course, time is sparse, so I have to be quick when I visit. But I know, somewhere in your archives you are hiding some terrific photography. 🙂

Hopefully Olivia finally managed to get on the boat with her pretty bow intact so she could really see some of that lovely waterfront?

She did. Thank you for your concern. Oscar can’t let anything happen to her, else he wouldn’t have a sidekick. 🙂
