    • I need to take my own advice, lest the grand-critters see me, and make me pay for my oversight. LOL. Here’s hoping your day is blessed with good fortune and good health!

    • Thank you. Actually my blog is supposed to be about orples, since I’ve just published my first two books, with them being the main characters. But I keep getting side-tracked, so every once in a while the orples pop in for a visit. One day, maybe I’ll learn to blog like a salesman, but I really prefer blogging by ‘whim’. 🙂 Thanks for checking me out! 🙂
By the way, I hope you had a lovely day, too.

        • You are more than welcome. My first Orples book was just published in November of 2011, so anyone that hasn’t been following my blog to date might be confused, not knowing who Olivia and Oscar are. If you want to check the orples out further, please feel free to check out “Orples Overview” in the right column of my blog under categories. In the meantime, I appreciate your visits thus far. 🙂

    • Thank you Ledia. Olivia is sassy, smart, confident, and ambitious. Oscar is lazy, unaware, likes to eat, and loves to play. So I’m hoping together, they’ll become famous, and go on to teach practical little lessons in life, while they entertain the kids. I’m gearing up for Book 3 now … ‘The Orples Learn To Read’. I hope they will take off in the literary world. Time will tell. 😉

      • I like the way you showed a portion of the story to your readers on your blog. When they see the sweet story and beautiful illustrations, that should encourage sells. One tiny thing you might want to do on your Amazon site is have the choice for viewers to take a look inside as well.

        • Amazon has “How Orples Came To Be” with the peak inside available. I think you have to scroll down their page a bit to find it. Book 2 just came out last week, so I don’t think they’ve had time to work up the interior peek yet. As we speak, I’m having book 2 made into an e-book as well. Book 1 is already available in e-book and soft cover format. Slowly, but surely, I hope to gets these books out and advertized. I am at a disadvantage, since I’ve been a truss designer/drafts-person for most of my life. I really don’t have a clue as to what I am doing … yet! 🙂 I appreciate the pointers. God only knows what I am overlooking. I also appreciate your stopping by to say hello and check out my work.
