Sunday Photo Challenge . Pleasure

It’s hard to beat a back rub for pleasure, even if you do have to do it yourself.

A roll in the grass
Magi was famous for rolling after the ride. Bath or not, the first thing he’d do is tumble in the grass once his tack was removed. What a ham.

    • Thank you Bob. If I could do anything I wanted today, it would be to go riding, that’s for sure. I hope you are having a lovely day. Thanks for stopping by to say “Hello”.

    • Thanks, it is one I could have captured often. They say the sign of a good horse is one that can roll from side to side without getting up. Magi was/is a good horse.;) Thanks for dropping by.

    • Hush your mouth, Kate. He thinks he is a people. 🙂 Shuuuush, don’t tell him and different. LOL. The really good horses can roll from side to side without getting up first. Magi was/is a great horse, and he loved to roll. Check out pleasure #3 that I just posted. Note the treats on the side of his pads. He was a wee bit spoiled too. 😉

        – Ha ha! Love this expression! I’m going to use it hencforth.

There was a college mate who used to growl, “Shut your face!” It made me laugh, too, but I was too much of a wimp to use it myself. This sounds just as much fun, but far more gentle.

What’s that I hear? Someone laughing at me? Hush your mouths, people. (Hee hee!)

        >He thinks he is a people.
        – Aww! But Magi *is* a people.

        >He was a wee bit spoiled too.
        – Wee? Just a wee bit? Really? 😉

    • Magi would sometimes roll out of the blue. He loved it. And you could bet, after a long ride, it was part of his routine, before running off to join up with his pasture mates. Silly horse.
